Our standard minimum production requirement is 300 finished units per production run. Crucially, this is not restricted to a single cut or color. To provide maximum market adaptability for premium labels, we allow orders to be split across up to 6 styles at a minimum of 50 units per style. Under our production calculation, an individual bikini top, bikini bottom, or one-piece swimsuit each constitutes one distinct style slot. For example, an order can incorporate 3 distinct bikini sets (3 tops + 3 bottoms = 6 styles), with each style further graded across standard size distributions (e.g., XS, S, M, L) in your custom selected colorways.

Production timelines depend on whether your brand utilizes our Private Label Ready Designs or embarks on Custom Pattern Development:

1. Custom Style Development:

• Initial Block Patterns + First Cotton/Lycra Toiles: 4–5 weeks (concurrent with sampling fabric mill transit).
• Master Prototypes & Fit Approvals: 2–3 weeks.
• Digital Pattern Grading (Size Matrices) & Bulk Fabric Dyeing: 2–3 weeks.
• Bulk CMT Manufacturing & Final Hand-Inspection: 4–8 weeks depending on order volume and factory scheduling.

2. Private Label Ready Designs: By choosing fit-verified silhouettes from our established catalogue, development phases are bypassed. Bulk production typically executes within 10–14 weeks total, including fabric mill delivery.

If you are an emerging brand without formal technical documentation, our design and pattern development team can build complete, production-ready tech packs from physical reference garments, fabric swatches, or dimensional design mockups.

Elastane-rich synthetic fabrics are highly sensitive to thermal variations, machine tension drag, and needle heat friction. We strictly enforce a mandatory 24-hour tension relaxation period after fabric unrolling prior to automated cutting. Our production lines utilize micro-ballpoint needles with specialized thread lubricating systems to prevent fiber micro-fractures, combined with differential feed walking-foot sewing machines. Every finished batch undergoes calibrated elongation tension tests, colorfastness wash tests, and 100% individual metal-detecting needle scans before being packed into compostable bags.

Our standard commercial terms require a 50% deposit upon formal tech pack and sample sign-off to initiate bulk fabric milling and accessory tooling, with the remaining 50% balance payable upon completion of our final quality inspection before shipping release. We routinely dispatch via FOB, CIF, or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) air and ocean freight to major distribution hubs across the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, Canada, and Australasia, coordinating all export customs declarations, certificates of origin, and international shipping documentation.
