What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our total order MOQ is 300 units. You may split this across up to 6 different styles with a minimum of 50 units per style. Each style slot may further be distributed across standard size curves and custom Pantone colorways.
Can we supply our own fabrics or do you manage textile sourcing?
Both routes are welcomed. We hold accounts with premier Italian and European mills producing ECONYL® and recycled PET textiles, but we also operate as a Cut, Make, and Trim (CMT) partner for client-supplied raw materials.
How do Ready Designs differ from Custom Development?
Ready Designs are pre-graded, fit-engineered silhouettes from our studio that allow you to skip 1-2 months of development costs and lead times. Custom Development involves making entirely bespoke blocks and patterns exclusively for your brand.
What is the sampling lead time before bulk production?
For Ready Designs, samples require approximately 2 weeks once fabric arrives. For custom development, pattern cutting, toiling, and physical sample fabrication takes 4 to 6 weeks.
Do you manufacture specialized categories like plus-size and fuller busts?
Yes. Our technical team has specialized grading blocks designed specifically for plus size (up to UK 26 / US 22), maternity, fuller bust (D to GG cups), petite, and athletic menswear categories.
