A Lower MOQ Built for Growing Brands

300Units per order

Our minimum order can be split across up to six styles at 50 units each, and every style can be divided into different colours and sizes. We count a bikini top, a bikini bottom and a one-piece swimsuit as one style each — so a matching bikini set uses two of your six style slots.

2 styles150300 units
4 styles75300 units

Buyer tip: launching three bikini sets (3 tops + 3 bottoms) at 50 units each meets the MOQ while testing three colourways in-market.

Ethical Production

What We Do for Our Environment

Measurable commitments inside our studio — not just in our fabric choices.

50%

Less Paper

A digital pattern system prints and cuts graded patterns in the most economical layout, halving paper and card use.

20%

Lower Electricity

Economic motors fitted to every industrial sewing machine cut energy draw on the production floor.

90%

Lighting Savings

LED fixtures throughout our building reduce lighting energy and associated CO₂ emissions.

0

Stock Overproduction

We only make the units you order — no speculative stock, no over-ordering of fabric or trims.

100%

Recycled Packaging

Samples and production ship in recycled materials, with compostable or biodegradable bags separating sizes and styles.

Re-use

Donated Boxes

Shipments travel in donated, re-used cardboard boxes — we never use boxes made from new materials.

Scrap

Zero Waste Cutting

Leftover fabric is recycled, or turned into scrunchies and headbands on request.

Give

Per-Garment Donation

A donation for every garment produced supports non-profits protecting the planet.

Buyer FAQ

Questions Before You Order

What is the minimum order quantity for swimwear production?
Our MOQ is 300 units per order. It can be split across up to 6 styles at a minimum of 50 units per style, and each style can be divided into different colours and sizes. A bikini top, a bikini bottom and a one-piece swimsuit each count as one style.
How long does a custom swimwear collection take?
Patterns and toiles take 4–5 weeks, samples 2–3 weeks, grading 2–3 weeks and bulk production 4–8 weeks. Ready designs are faster because the development stage is skipped.
Can I mix private label ready designs with my own designs?
Yes. You can combine catalogue styles with your own custom designs in the same order, so you are never restricted to one route.
Which sustainable fabrics do you use?
Premium Italian fabrics made from recycled plastic bottles (PET) and ECONYL® regenerated nylon. They are chlorine, sun cream and oil resistant, UV protective, quick-drying and shape-retaining.
What sizes and fits can you produce?
The ready designs catalogue is fit-tested from XXS to XXL. For custom designs we develop and grade for petite, tall, plus size, maternity and fuller-bust fits, as well as menswear and childrenswear.
